THE PROJECT
For the NYC real estate marketing firm SMMC, I had the pleasure of leading an event to showcase one of Manhattan's most prominent office buildings following an extensive renovation. Overseeing a budget of more than $80k, I managed event production, marketing collateral, invitations, and on-site operations.
THE APPROACH
The creative team at SMMC developed a concept that highlighted the building's transition out of renovation with a 'dark to light' theme. I worked with the team on a creative invitation for the city's most prominent commercial real estate brokers. The event was held on a floor that emphasized the building's sweeping views.
THE RESULT
More than100 commercial real estate agents attended, leading to the successful relaunch of the building.
